This is a vertical slice developed by myself and 3 others on the Game Development diploma at Futureworks in Manchester. It was the first fully-playable prototype that I had worked on at this point, whilst before all of my projects primarily consisted of only one mechanic.

It's a 2D isometric adventure game where you play as a young boy who wakes up in a mysterious forest. He has no idea where he is or what he's doing there.

My roles were as a level designer and the lead programmer on the project. Most of my work with programming was back-end, I laid out the framework for the core systems and character movement and handed it over to the other programmer to fine-tune as I continued with optimisations and level design.
